Palliser Video Conferencing

Currently all Palliser Regional Schools have access to video conferencing technology. Over the past 3 years we have equipped 11 schools with full video conferencing suites supported with smartboards and digital projectors. Palliser Regional Schools theme this year with video conferencing has been Building Capacity and creating Classroom Connections. Palliser has also been rolling out PVX desktop cameras for all administrators across the district. Part of our implementation plan has involved creating VC Leaders in each and every school, providing necessary training and just-in-time support to both leaders and teachers as they explored video conferencing opportunities to enrich teaching and learning experiences. Many classrooms have connected with other classrooms or experts from within the district and around the world!
