'A Public Education' talks with Champion students

The final episode this season of “A Public Education” airs this weekend, making a stop in Champion School.

The show starts at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, June 27 on CTV2 Alberta, featuring guest host Linda Graf, a Grade 4 teacher at Our Lady of the Assumption School.

One of the other features is a visit with Grade 4 students at Champion School in Amanda Rodgers’ class. They’ll be sharing what they learned this year.

Other segments will examine the First Nations Metis Inuit (FNMI) heritage at St. Michael’s School in Pincher Creek; a 3D project at Mike Mountain Horse School; and Hands On Science at G.S. Lake and Gilbert Paterson middle schools.

If you can’t catch the show this weekend on CTV2, the program will be shown daily on Shaw Television through July. Videos are also posted online at www.apubliceducation.ca.
