Congratulations to “A Public Education” on the airing of its 50th episode Saturday.
The show, which tells stories from southern Alberta education circles airs the last Saturday of the month on CTV2 Alberta and daily the following month on Shaw Television.
The latest episode, airing at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, April 25, features guest host Gordon Vatcher, associate principal of St. Joseph’s School in Coaldale. Literacy success at Noble Central School in Nobleford will be among the features.
The show also visits the mentorship program at Lethbridge Public; a program to build self-confidence at Senator Buchanan School in Lethbridge; and learning to read from teachers past, present and future at St. Martha Elementary in Lethbridge.
