Palliser Regional Schools issued two important requests for proposals today, following approval at the Board of Trustees' regular meeting March 21.
One seeks the services of an ombudsperson. Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the ombudsperson will have authority to handle internal and external stakeholder complaints. The individual will investigate and resolve complaints, where possible, and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees for action, as appropriate. The other request for proposals is for an executive search consultant to initiate and lead the process to secure the services of a Superintendent of Schools.
