Carmen Larsen

Director of Learning, Curriculum

Carmen Larsen joined the Palliser School Division as Director of Learning – Curriculum on August 5, 2025. She brings over two decades of experience in education and a strong background in instructional leadership and curriculum development, with a focus on supporting student achievement and well-being.

Carmen holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge, and earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Gonzaga University in 2011. Prior to joining Palliser, she served as Director of Learning with Holy Spirit Catholic Schools beginning in 2019. In that role, she provided divisional leadership in curriculum implementation, instructional programming, professional development, and oversaw Off-Campus Education, International Education, Education Technology, and Library Services.

Throughout her career, Carmen has demonstrated a commitment to empowering educators and fostering collaborative learning environments. Her work continues to focus on supporting effective teaching practices and enhancing student learning across the Division.
