A new episode of “A Public Education” airs at 2:30 pm., Saturday, Feb.28 on CTV 2, featuring a number of faces familiar to Palliser Regional Schools.
This month’s guest host Carmen Larsen, associate principal of St. Paul Elementary School, will introduce a segment on Career and Trades teacher Ken Sanderson, whose “classroom” is one of the division’s two mobile CTS trailers. Another segment will feature Katherine Pritchard, a Palliser vice-principal and president of the Alberta Teachers’ Association Palliser Local 19, and Jason Schilling, a Palliser teacher and ATA district representative for the South West region. They’ll be part of a leadership panel on “What is the ATA?”
The show will also feature Westminister Elementary School teacher Grant Bertamini’s Kids Art for a Cause program.
