High school leadership students from Southern Alberta took the wheel and planned a full day of learning and activities at Lethbridge College.  The group, Southern Alberta Interscholastic Leaders, or SAIL, has been planning this conference for months.  The theme focused on leadership through relationship building and connecting.

Students from Kate Andrews High School and Coalhurst High School led sessions on 'Making Connections Through Play' and 'Building Confidence Through Active Games' respectively.

Keynote speaker, Jeff Gerber says these skills are vital for students to help their schools thrive after the social challenges caused by the pandemic.
