R.I. Baker Middle School received a $13,665 grant through the Government of Alberta’s Community Initiatives Program in a brief cheque presentation ceremony.
Lethbridge West MLA Greg Weadick presented the cheque to R.I. Baker teacher Travis Conrad and Palliser Regional Schools Associate Superintendent (Human Resources) Kevin Garinger Thursday.
The money will be put toward equipment purchases.
