
We are pleased to announce that Jackie Kark has accepted the role of Associate Superintendent, Learning Services with Palliser School Division.
Jackie joined Palliser in the 2022–2023 school year as Director of Learning, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to student success. She holds a Bachelor of Education (2002) and a Master of Education (2009) from the University of Alberta, and earned an Instructional Leadership Certificate from the University of Calgary in 2017.
Prior to joining Palliser, Jackie served in the Livingstone Range School Division beginning in 2016. She was Principal of Granum School until 2019, then Principal at Willow Creek Composite High School from 2019 till joining Palliser.
Reflecting on her journey, Jackie shared, "I am grateful for the experiences I've had with Palliser and the relationships I've developed with staff, parents, and school communities." She also noted, "I look forward to continuing my collaboration with the learning services team, principals, and teachers to continue to move learning forward in innovative ways."
Jackie grew up in Northern Alberta and is an avid outdoors enthusiast. She is a passionate lifelong learner who enjoys immersing herself in hobbies such as gardening and bread making, always eager to share what she’s learned with others.
Palliser School Division is thrilled to welcome Jackie into this expanded leadership role and looks forward to supporting her as she continues to contribute meaningfully to our division's growth and innovation.
