Grade 6 students from Glenmore Christian Academy spend their first three days of school at Camp Kuriakos near Sylvan Lake, as part of their Outdoor Education.
Students have been swimming, canoeing, wall climbing, learning outdoors skills, trying their hand at archery and studying the soil as part of their Science curriculum.
With 74 Grade 6 stduents, four teachers and 10 parent volunteers at camp, it sounds like their school year is off to a wonderful start.
