The first episode of the seventh season of “A Public Education” features a visit to the Carmangay Outreach School.
The show aired recently on CTV2 Alberta, featuring guest host David Fletcher, a Social Studies teacher at Lethbridge Collegiate Institute.
The feature on Palliser Regional Schools' outreach program in Carmangay includes interviews with Principal Fred Jack, teacher/Vice-Principal Jen Garinger and teacher Chelsea De Jong on their approach to outreach programming.
Other segments will examine the University of Lethbridge Masters of Education summer sessions; a Grade 3-4 identity day at St. Paul Elementary; and the G.S. Lakie Dance Program's New York City Tour.
