Congratulations to Thomas Speta, who graduated from Heritage Christian Academy in June 2013, and received the Governor General’s Academic Medal for achieving the highest overall standing in the graduating class.
Thomas now attends Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, N.Y., where he is focusing on theatre.
The Governor General’s Academic Medals are awarded at four levels: Bronze for secondary schools; Collegiate Bronze at post-secondary diploma level; Silver at undergraduate level; and Gold at the graduate level.
