We are pleased to announce that Amber Ruest has accepted an offer to join The Palliser School Division on February 28, 2022, as the newest member of the Human Resource team. Amber’s assignment will be as the Human Resources Professional/Advisor.
Amber has been working with the Lethbridge School Division in the Human Resources department since 2008 performing various tasks such as recruitment, reporting, website maintenance, new hire orientation, school calendars and much more. She is presently working towards a degree in Human Resources through Athabasca University. In addition to obtaining a Certificate in Office Administration from the Lethbridge College in 2006, she also obtained a Certificate in information Technology
through the Medicine Hat College in 2005.
When Amber is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Growing up on a farm in Saskatchewan, Amber still enjoys returning home to spend time with family. “I value being part of a team,” notes Amber, “And (I) will contribute to its success through putting in extra time on additional projects to assist my colleagues.” Highly organized and efficient, Amber is looking forward to this new chapter in her life and working with everyone at the Palliser School Division.
